The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival and must match the name of the guest staying. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card.
The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning and linen and towel changes are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible.
If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. This can be added in the Special Requests box when booking.

台積電今（10）日公布4月合併營收約為新台幣568.72億元，較3月營收整整少了290億元，月減33.8%，創3年多以來單月新低紀錄，年減14.9%。不過累計2017年1至4月營收約為2907.86億元，年增7.6%。

受到第2季供應鏈庫存調整，以及行動裝置產品淡季因素影響，台積電預估第2季市場需求將較上一季趨緩，4月中法說會時就預估第2季營運表現不會太好，不過強調下半年營運將會轉為強勁。
台積電日前表示，以新台幣兌美元匯率30.5元為計算基礎，估今年第2季合併營收將介於新台幣2130億元到2160億元，季減約7.65%至8.9%；毛利率介於50.5%至52.5%；營業利益率則預計介於39%到41%之間。
台積電董事會9日通過核准新台幣380.73億元資本預算，升級並擴充先進製程產能，及轉換部分邏輯製程產能為特殊製程產能。同時核准成立財團法人台積電慈善基金會，並捐贈3000萬元作為設立基金。
